Performance appraisals play a pivotal role in identifying individuals' training needs and guiding them towards relevant learning programs resources. Feedback recognition are fundamental aspects of performance appraisal process. Regular check-ins between managers employees foster ongoing discussions, addressing challenges, growth opportunities. It is essential to explore whether the feedback provided during sufficiently constructive, actionable, aligned with employees' development goals. Companies required invest both internal external initiatives, such as workshops, seminars, e-learning platforms, leadership programs. The study utilized descriptive research design. target population was 85 workers. did sampling 70 respondents that were selected from Novartis, Switzerland. Questionnaires used collect data. concluded by offering constructive feedback, company helps individuals understand their strengths areas for development, enabling enhance skills knowledge. goal-setting component allows align personal objectives organization's goals, promoting focus direction efforts.
